SQS has many years of experience in the design and production of optical fiber feedthroughs for high pressure applications exceeding 100 MPa. Fiber optics feedthroughs are suitable for use in various areas of industrial applications including Oil and Gas.
Vacuum fiber feedthroughs are manufactured according to specific customer requirements. We can seal the majority of single-mode and multi-mode optical fibers working in wavelength range from UV to IR range. Fibers are sealed in standard or atypical/customized flanges or housings
The manufacturing process and materials used allow using fiber feedthroughs in wider temperature range -40 to +180°C. Fiber feedthrough outputting optical fibers may be mechanically protected by flexible stainless steel tubings and terminated with various types of optical connectors (FC, SMA905, ST, E2000 Diamond, LC, incl. Industrial connectors)..
Fiber feedthroughs are designed so that the sealing of optical fibers does not affect transmission parameters of an entire route. The feedthrough construction ensures time stability of transmission parameters in all operating conditions.
