Reporting illegal conduct
WHISTLEBLOWING - System for reporting potential illegal conduct at SQS Vlaknova optika a.s.
If you suspect that unethical or illegal conduct has occurred or is occurring in our company, which violates Czech or European legal regulations, you can report this conduct in accordance with Act No. 171/2023 Coll., on the protection of whistleblowers (hereinafter referred to as 'ZOO'). The responsible person is Ing. Mgr. Markéta Petrová.
Whistleblowers can only be individuals who have performed or are performing work or other similar activities for SQS Vláknová optika a.s., either directly or indirectly (work performed under a primary employment relationship, professional practice and internships, job applicants, etc.). The company has excluded the possibility of submitting a report by persons who perform work or other similar activities for the company under § 2, paragraph 3, letters a), b), h), or i) of the ZOO. Anonymous reports cannot be made.

- In person, with the relevant person Ing. Mgr. Markéta Petrová
In your notification, please provide your first name, last name, and date of birth for the purpose of prevention and protection against retaliatory measures. Your identity will not be disclosed. The designated person responsible for receiving and handling the notification is bound by confidentiality.
If you make a notification in paper form, please label the envelope with the keyword 'whistleblowing' to prevent it from being opened by an unauthorized person.
EXTERNAL REPORTING SYSTEM
The public reporting channel operated by the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Republic as the central state administration authority for the protection of whistleblowers.
