History of Our Company
SQS Fiber Optics Inc. was founded in 1994 in Nová Paka, Czech Republic. The letters S-Q-S in the company name represent the initials of its three founding members: Jiří Šimek, Wilhelm Quittner, and Zdeněk Švitorka, and the term 'fiber optics' reflects the company's business focus.
Initially, the company specialized in the production of passive optical fiber modules based on exclusive technology for actively aligned connectors.
In 2000, SQS significantly expanded its product range and began offering its fiber optic services to customers worldwide.
