Our hybrid vacuum feedthroughs integrate optical and electrical feedthroughs into a single CF, KF, ISO-K or fully custom flange. Optical feedthroughs can seal SM, MM, PM or POF fibers with either pigtail or adapter interfaces.

Complementary electrical feedthroughs include SUB-D, Micro-D, SMA or BNC providing versatile options for transmission of currents and electronic signals. 

Engineered for UHV service and a wide temperature range, these hybrid feedthroughs deliver helium leak rates down to 1×10⁻¹² mbar·L/s.
