PM splitters are used in applications where it is necessary to divide an optical signal while maintaining its linear polarization.

We manufacture splitters for coupling polarized light into one axis (fast or slow) or into two axes (e.g. 45°). The polarization extinction ratio of PM splitters typically exceeds 25 dB.

Advantages

  • High polarization extinction ratio (PER)
  • Low insertion loss and its uniformity across the entire spectrum
  • Wide wavelength range 1260 nm - 1650 nm
  • Connector interfaces according to customer specifications

Applications

  • Laboratory and industrial applications
  • Sensor applications
